Cody Flamm

Prior to starting Dojo Construction, Cody spent nearly 20 years climbing the ranks at Layton Construction. Throughout his career, Cody has been able to build some challenging and rewarding projects with a combined value of over $750 million, but he is more proud of the teams he's been able to help build.

Doug Peterson

Doug's vast knowledge of construction stems from growing up in a family of builders. His dad and grandpa developed commercial, residential, and recreational cabins in southeast Idaho where Doug was born and raised. A growth mindset and personal relationships are very important to him. He has a broad amount of experience managing all facets of construction in several states.

Brandon Weaver

With Brandon’s comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the development and building process through 20+ years in the industry, he helps understand the needs of clients and design teams from the very first napkin sketch all the way through to C of O.
